Ewwwwww, I feel pretty bad today and yesterday. I didn't even go the the gym (that's no bueno). It feels like a heavy nauseating blockage in my stomach? Like I need to throw up; but can't, and my insides are very rumbly. I'm drinking lemon water to neutralize the acids. Has this happened to anyone else? I'm still losing so that's a plus!

Asain hotpot. Figured since my meal is ultra healthy, I can splurge on a chocolate croissant. Soooo worth it. Made the chocolate Keto with monk fruit sweetener and unsweetener cocoa powder. Well the app still won't let me upload pics.

I feel so much better already. The swelling is slowly draining out of my legs and I have more energy. I actually feel like moving my body. I am going to continue to avoid refined sugars and incorporate more ginger and vinaigrettes in my meals. I made some homemade ginger salad dressing like the kind you get at Japanese restaurants. Just thew all these ingredients in a food processor.

7 days no sweet treats!! Yesterday I ate a grilled pork bahn mi and had some Japanese sembei (rice crackers). Killed my carb macros, but it was worth it. only dropped 1 lb in 3 days.
