128 again. Depressing. It must be muscle from working out so much. I did notice that my legs look thinner so that's good. I just wish something showed up on the scale.

Sick as a dog the last 3 days! It's been driving me crazy. I have a sore throat, cough, and I've been really achy and exhausted. Somehow I dragged myself to the gym yesterday for 45 minutes because I had been sitting around eating and not exercising and I needed to do something. I really want to try to get close to my goal and shutter to think it could possibly go slower than it already has been because of me being sick and lazy. Anyways, trying to keep going!

Went on the bike machine yesterday for an hour and a half, then came home and pigged out so I decided to go on the treadmill for almost another hour. Bad idea definitely. I started to get chest pains and felt really sick for like another half hour. I hadn't gotten chest pains like that since middle school so it was scary. Probably going to take it easier this week but that means I have to cut my calories more if I'm going to be exercising less. Arghh that will be difficult! And I just bought frozen waffles so now I probably won't be snacking on them as much :( Today I just did 45 minutes on the bike machine.

Back to just about the same weight as three weeks ago, 128.4. That's pretty darn depressing with all of the working out I've been doing. Trying to stay motivated! But I can see that my eating is getting worse every bad weigh-in that I have and that's the opposite of what I need to happen. I NEED to keep track with my eating plan for tomorrow. Wish me luck!
