So I have been doing fasted cardio at 7am most mornings since February and the strangest thing has happened... I don't set an alarm clock for it, my body wakes me up between 615 and 630 and I just get up and go...I still wake up every morning thinking "I do not want to go to the gym" but it is automatic! On weekends I sleep in until around 8. A few years ago I would've laughed if anyone ever told me I'd be the person who woke up early to go to the gym :) yay for progress!

It's been a long time since I've recorded a journal or even checked my account on here and I miss it, so here goes! I've been stalled since October/November and hit a rough patch in December when I lost my job and went home to Ohio for the holidays. Something clicked for me mid-January for me and I've gotten my ass in gear ever since and have been doing fasted cardio most mornings at 7am and weights at night with my husband and yoga on Wednesdays :) I've been following a keto diet for the past month and have lost 7 lbs since. I am 16.8 lbs away from Onederland and once I am comfortably there I will reevaluate my goals. In October 2013 when I got RNY, I told my surgeon I wanted to be 150lbs but I think that might be too small for me. I have a naturally hourglass shape and a lot of muscle so I think 165-170 might be a more comfortable weight range for me. BUT I want to be far away enough from 200lbs because I plan on NEVER seeing that number again!! lol thanks for allowing me to vent, I guess that's what we're here for... see you tomorrow!
