Doing a day if regular caloric intake. Just to kind of take a day to relax my digestive system. Only gonna hit around 2500 calories

Just got back from the gym. Went up to 225 on bench for the first time since I started back, this is week 3, and I am content with my numbers. Im not ecstatic, but im okay with it. I hit 225 for 8, and 205 for 12. Also gained 5 lbs since last weigh in so:)

Friday is finally here!! It's been a long week, and super hot at work so glad for some R&R over weekend. Getting myself carbed up for Chest and Tri's tomorrow. It's the beginning of my third week back on the weights and I'm super stoked! Hoping to hit 225 for at least one set of ten on bench. I know I've been hitting my caloric goals and some so I should be strong tomorrow. I've been taking a low stim preworkout but I may up the anti and add something stronger. I don't like taking high stim preworkouts everyday for numerous reasons. I can definitely tell the creatine loading phase is doing it's thing also. Dropping back down to 5 grams a day after today. Also plan on getting my bloodwork done soon to check all testosterone related panels. If my levels are still under 300, I may ask Doc if he will start TRT soon. Still debating it. Heard alot of good things about Turkesterone raising free and total T. Been doing alot of research lately on all the different ways to raise my T naturally. So I think I'm gonna give my plan a chance after I get my levels as they are now. Anyway everyone have a great weekend and stay safe!!

Hit delts(shoulders) and traps yesterday, and felt pretty good. My current caloric goal each day is 4100 calories. My last weigh-in was 178, but ive been adding 2-3 pounds weekly. Sometimes it gets very difficult to reach my calories. Just keep pushing!!
