The first time this week I have even felt like journaling...so very upset over all this turmoil about the Coronavirus, shaking and crying from the inside out...just like before hurricane Florence devastated NC. Now. I'm an OLD MARE that's been through A LOT, and it takes a hell of a lot to rattle my cage... I feel it starting to jangle. Everything is closed. Even the beaches are closed. Of course, I lost my new California Closets job because they had to close down all three showrooms in NC. Food Lion said they would LOVE to have me back...desperately need the help, BUT I fall into the high-risk category being I am almost 61 and have type 1 diabetes, so they said they could not risk me getting infected. Filed for unemployment. Somebody stole Brad's bike; 3 days later somebody smashed every single window out of his Yukon truck. I am eating like a baby hippo. Don't care. Can't stop, can't sleep.

Yeah, that pesky little pound is back...not worried. New job is a lot of sitting, so maybe that could be some of it. Liking it so far, a LOT to learn and get perfectly correct in the computer programs.

Great first day at California Closets!!! LOTS of things to learn in their customer based programs and scheduling software, but that's ok...I'll learn it.Think I'm gonna like it there :)

What a delicious brunch! Mix it up-eat it up! Although half is nearly always saved for later. Soooo very happy to be out of FL~told them NO I was NOT working another wicked busy Sunday. They called me anyway this morning, twice! I didn't dare answer. They left voice mails: "PLEEEEEZZZE come in today! Need you bad!" Well, you know what the kitty says.
Going thru my clothes today, separating all my black and white pieces. Can't wait till Tuesday!! Oh, PS: I am just thrilled the time finally changed back!
