Feeling better, but having fatigue and some depression. Mostly feeling overwhelmed by the hoards of stuff in our house that we need to dispose of and caregiving responsibilities. We've accumulated so many generations of stuff, like human dung beetles.

When I'm momsitting, I tend to slack off my diet and that's dangerous. "I'll just have 1 cookie. Just 1 peanutbutter cup." It didn't show up on the scale today, but I've got to stop being so weak. One thing I remember in the Noom tips was to ask myself questions before I cave in to my craving. Why do I want that cookie? Is there something else I could do instead of having that cookie? Is the taste really worth it? Just put the brakes on before I act.
We may take a drive today because the fall color is at peak here. I better take an apple with me for a safe fill-up to avoid wanting fast food on the drive.
