I just can't figure out balancing my macros. My calories are for the most part under my target so I am still seeing slow results. I am taking a jazz and hiphop dance class next month so that might help.

keeping calories below 1700 but still struggling with macros levels. I did really well keeping things out of my diet to keep my FPIES baby safe and healthy. I don't know why it's more of a struggle to do it for myself. we're still dairy, soy, rice, ham and turkey free. She outgrew FPIES to gluten which is a problem for me. Because, yeay pasta!

still struggling with macros if my carbs are low my fats are high. can't quite find the balance with all my other restrictions. also had to totally cut out caffeine which makes me miserable, to get the numbers right.
