Almost a pound up but not bad considering all last week I got up at 3:45 am to be at work by 5:00 am. This week I start work at 7:00 am so maybe my meals will be closer to my regular schedule. I think that was a part of why I gained.

I haven't eaten well or much but what I ate, most days, were over my calorie limit. My husband was in an auto accident (not his fault) on Monday so that stress is a large factor in what my body went through to lose the weight. He is doing ok, broken ulna in left arm, and his right wrist is deeply sprained. He is using his right arm without the splint now so he can do more things for himself. Still a lot of stress for me. I'll try to get to Jenny Craig this week to get food from there and hopefully will be able to eat that meal plan (but this week I work 5 am to 1 pm) earlier than I have. Special seasonal schedule for this week (if not through December).

Weight didn't go down but it didn't go up either. I believe it will go down in this next week! Positive thinking.

My weight went in the wrong direction! This week was my second week of new responsibilities at work so I am still learning a lot. My work schedule is also different from what it has been so I imagine that has some impact to my stress and impacts my weight loss progress.

Joined a challenge to lose 10 pounds from Nov 1 to Nov 29. I figured that was impossible for me. Last week I had lost a few ounces. This week I gained them back. I know that me not going to Curves, or any other extra exercises, was part of why I did not lose and what extras I ate was the rest of why I did not lose. I'll try again this week to stay on my meal plan and not eat anything extra and to go to Curves and do some exercises at home also. I am hoping I can lose 5 pounds during this challenge. I will be happy with that.
