Well last night I slipped up and had fast food: a footlong hot dog and some curly fries (and yes I had cheese sauce with them). I feel so guilty, but I heard a quote on the radio that said "Two steps forward and one step back is STILL progress". So I will try to do better.

Hello all, I've been super busy and unable to check in for a while. I've been slipping on my diet (boo) and going a little overboard with my eating, but somehow I've still lost a little weight. Last night I even managed to exercise a little: 6 miles on the stationary bike and some stretching with resistance cords (my personal fave). Good luck to all in your journey.

So far I have lost 9lbs! EVERY POUND COUNTS. My biggest weakness is night time snacking...oh darn you snacking! Does anyone have tips to help stop excessive snacking?
