Hello everyone, I have not been logged in for a week now and I gained about 8 lbs. back. :(
I am going to try to get myself back on the right track.
Going walking this morning...wish me luck, I will need it.

Since my back surgery in March I have lost a total of 46 lbs.
I joined fs in June of this year and I have been very happy with my results for the most part. Lately I have not lost any weight, but I think that is because I have not been following my diet plan like I am supose to.
Walking has become my morning blessing. Thank God that I am able to get up and go with my neighbor. In the begining she was kicking my rearend, but now...I think I can take her. LOL
Just wanted to say Thank you for all of your support FS. I know that it is possible to achieve my goals as long as I stay focused.
Hopefully, after the wedding this weekend I will be able to get back on track and stay there. Stress is my biggest weightloss hold up. When I get nervous I tend to eat all of the wrong foods. I realize that now and I am going to try to stop this bad habbit.

I woke up around 4:50 this morning and went for a walk with my neighbor. (She has been a life saver).

Good morning!!! Woke up this morning feeling fresh and happy!! Got up and got dressed for my walk with Debbie, she was already waiting for me. After my 30 minute walk with her I returned home to check out some things online.
My oldest son just got out of the shower and woke up his younger brother so he could get his shower out of the way as well.
I will log back on tonight to get caught up on todays diet and exercises.

Haven't done much today except take care of my daughters flower arrangements.
I think I will take the weekend off.
