Had a rough weekend and have already lost some of the weight I picked up! Feeling extremely unmotivated. Had pringles for lunch because I couldn't resist. Had a broccoli, bacon and feta salad for 2 days in a row and nothing! Eating Broccoli for dinner and not losing weight feels like a crime against humanity! Going for my run now and will eat my damn Broccoli for dinner and tomorrow on the scale my body will only remember the pringles!!!

Changed things up and it is much harder to avoid eating too much or just saying no to delicious things than when I was only eating 1 meal a day. Need to push through as it is always harder in the beginning while you get use to things!

I set a new goal so forgot what I based the first goal on and only realised today that I now fall into the "normal" BMI category! Feels good even though I don't fully believe that BMI means much. Every little bit counts!

Need a new eating routine. I'm so exhausted in the evenings and struggling to keep up with my running. Especially in this heat and low energy levels. What is a good snack I can easily eat at work that will keep my energy levels up but has no carbs??😅 I can't stomach any sort of shakes so not really an option. Want to move away from 1 meal a day to 2 but keep the calories low of course.
