Up and ready for a walk with Debbie. Once I get home I'll wait for a while and hopefully go for another walk with my husband. Just hope I have the energy this morning. I will catch up with everyone in a little while. (40 minutes).
My husband and I walked for an hour and 15 minutes so I was able to complete my 100 challange. That is if that is what I am supposed to do.
If anyone could explain to me what the 100 exercise is I would really appreciate it.
I was also able to work out with zumba. I know that I don't have it listed as my challenge anymore but I really enjoyed it while I did so I am going to try to continue doing it.

Doing well today. I got up and went to church this morning, then stopped by the store to pick up a few things for the week.
I am ready to find a dang dress that will look right on me for my daughters wedding. I found a couple but I am not sure of the color. The soon-to-be mother in law told my daughter that we both should wear the same color dress (navy blue. I on the other hand don't really like navy blue because it is so hard to find this time of year in my size. I waitend to long to order one so whatever I find now has to fit me with as little ajustments as possible. You all know how much I weigh and her mother in law only weighs 90 lbs. I will look like an elephant compared to her. I am thinking that it's not right to make me wear the same color dress as the "in-law". I know it is her wedding and I will do whatever she wants me to but I just thought that we could wear different dresses. Any advice?
For the past couple of weeks I have been feeling drained, cold, and tired everyday. I did pick up a few more calories because I read some of the feed back I recieved from everyone and I took your advice. My energy level has come back up and I feel better all together.
This next week I am going to try and walk 3 1/2 miles a day if I can. My husband is not crazy over this idea but I want to try anyway. Getting ready to start a new chanllenge or two. :)

I think I am doing something wrong. I can't seem to drop any weight this week. Need to do something fast.

Didn't plan on walking this morning with my husband but I did anyway. He came home from work and wanted to go for our walk and I didn't have the heart to tell him no. I am glad that I went with him. :)

I have been feeling really tired the past couple of days. I decided that it may be best to take off one day with the walking and zumba. My body needs a little rest. I did not realize how tired I was getting until it hit me like a brick.
I am going to look at my diet and check and see what I am doing wrong so I can get the right amount of calories so I don't fall so hard again. I really want to loose this weight but I don't want to hurt myself either.
After a good 24 hours of rest I plan on working out full force again. I need to drop alot of weight but I also need energy to do so.
