I should know to weigh in the mornings which is what I try to do when there is nothing in my stomach instead of at night when I am still digesting food from that day. So, with that said even though it's still not what it should be, I am happy with the 2 pound loss over a few weeks with not really concentrating like I should on caloric intake. But, trying to be mindful of the time that I eat something i shouldn't. At least if I eat it by lunch, I still have time to hopefully work it off before bedtime.

I REALLY HADN'T BEEN FOLLOWING A REDUCTION PLAN, JUST EATING WHAT I WANT AND TRYING NOT TO DO TOO BAD AND STILL EAT FRUIT AND DRINK WATER AT TIMES. INEED TO FOCUS ON MORE WATER, LESS JUICE AND MORE VEGATABLES, LESS BREAD.... BUT, I AM A POUND SMALLER CONSIDERING I WEIGHED AT 10PM AT NIGHT, USUALLY WEIGH FIRST THING IN THE MORNINGS, BUT I WAS SO EXCITED I FOUND BATTERIES FOR THE SCALE AND WENT AND CHANGED IT RIGHT AWAY WHILE IT WAS ON MY MIND, MY SCALE HADNT WORKED IN MONTHS...THANK GOD....

WELL ITS ANOTHER DAY AND I STILL CANT SEEM TO GET A GRIP, I AM TRYING TO SUBSTITUTE BETTER, SOME DAYS ARE BETTER THAN OTHERS. WHY DO I FEEL HUNGRY SO MUCH, I THINK I NEED TO START BACK TAKING PILLS TO SUPPRESS OR DRINKS....

TODAY IS THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 25, 2010. WELL, HERE I AM AGAIN AND I WANT TO REALLY GET RID OF ALL THE EXCESS THIS TIME. MY YOUNGEST CHILD IS 20 YEARS OLD AND I CAN REMEMBER WEIGHING 230 THEN AND HERE I AM TODAY STILL 85 POUNDS HEAVIER. I AM WATCHING WHAT I EAT AND HOW MUCH. SOME DAYS ARE BETTER THAN OTHERS. I DON'T LIKE TO FEEL LIKE I'M MISSING ANYTHING SO SOME DAYS I WILL STILL EAT THOSE COOKIES OR BREAD, BUT I AM DOING BETTER NOT EATING AS MUCH OR EATING SALADS, FRUIT AND COTTAGE CHEESE. SO, IT'S GETTING BETTER. I WANT TO START WALKING AT LEAST 15-20 MINUTES A DAY AND USING THE ELLIPTICAL MACHINE AT LEAST 10 MINUTES. SO FAR I CAN DO ABOUT 5 MINUTES AND 10 OF WALKING. SO WE WILL SEE WHAT NEXT WEEK LOOKS LIKE.
