Currently over halfway through my pregnancy. I have put on a lot of weight since getting pregnant. I had a lot of trouble with breathlessness, causing me to give up my gym membership, exercise, just general physical activities; after months of going to the doctors about this problem, finally get diagnosed with anaemia. Been taking medication and my breathlessness has eased now. But, as it took so long, being miserable with lack of activity and turning to food in boredom and comfort; I have now gained a lot. I want to start losing weight, but safely for my babies sake. I was going to just ensure I consumed 1800 calories a day; which is what is recommended anyway.
I know it's a long shot; but has anyone here tried to lose weight whilst pregnant? How did it go? I also want to get back into my exercises again, so any tips on how to start exercise whilst over halfway pregnant would also be helpful. Thanks for listening to me 😊

Honestly, it has been a while since i've logged my weight, but i have been steadily gaining. Even still, i have been working out and i feel that has paid off. This is probably the first time in years i felt confident in a photo.

I have been suffering with severe depression lately, and so just kinda let things go. Hopefully the worst is past, and I will be back on track. Really want to lose the weight, just got to be stronger 💪 I CAN do this!
