No change. Not one ounce. I kind of know why but still bugs, as week before last I was 125 in the middle of the week. Why does my body magically inflate on Monday mornings? Ah well. It's temporary. Have a good week everyone!

THE WAY WE ARE TAUGHT TO THINK IS RIDICULOUS
Just getting home from a 5.75 mi run (actually a mix of running pavement and trail, stairs, steep climb up city streets) and 8.6 mi bike ride. I feel great and easily could have kept on going. And because it was easy as I was getting home I had the though that I must have calculated the miles wrong! Fd up thinking: if it's easy it's because I'm doing it wrong. Not because I'm getting stronger, or because I was always capable, or because everything I needed was always available to me.
I am sure many of us here endured so many messages for so long about what our bodies are capable of that we have moments like this.
