Today I will be going back to the gym...
There is not much I can do right now b/c I just
found out that I am expecting. But I do plan to stick to plan and
still diet I need to b/c I am over weight..

Ouch my arms hurt:( I started doing weight and today I feel the pain.
Was able to jump out of bed this morning without a problem. I am feeling better in just the 2weeks i've been at it. Incorpated the bike last night WOW that thing is great. It keep my heart rate up and I was dripping. Today looking forward to another work out!

One week of eating right and only going to the gym 1 day b/c I was sick worked out for me... 3pounds down and 7 to go to hit my monthly goal of 10 a month..
YEAH!! :)
