I would love to know what you do for the nagging sweet tooth. Seems to always come on after a meal like I am not done eating until I have something sweet. My solutions: Bai Anti Oxidant water in Cherry or Watermelon cut with some fizzy H2o, a low carb bar of some kind with low or no sugar, Half an apple with some nut butter on it, berries and ricotta cheese with chopped nuts, No-Sugar added low carb frozen yoghurt with berries or a little p-nut butter or unsweetened coca powder sprinkled on top, Caffe Latte with unsweetened soy, Bang protien drinks in cookies and cream flavor. Tell me some of your choices...

On sundays I work for a professional horse trainer doing barn chores, which means that I am mostly cleaning stalls. I clean 6 horse stalls all of them in and outs and move about 6-7 wheel barrels of wet bedding and horse poop. Takes me about 3 hours but I move slow (my trainer says you burn more fat if you work slow doing hard labor like that). It was harder today because the rake was switched out from one with a aluminum handle to one with a hard wood handle and it felt a lot heavier to me a once. Felt really tired when I was done. I had almost 100 calories and 5g of sugar over my usual daily goal of around 1300 calories and 15g or sugar. Today my sugars went pretty high from the fruit and the whole milk in my Latte. I only have whole milk lattes 1x per week and the rest of the week I do unsweetened soy. I have also learned that when fruit is high in fiber like strawberries or cherries, the sugar value is canceled out and carried out as waste?! We will see, that is another tip from my trainer. In any event the hard labor today compensated for the extra sugar grams and calories, but I still feel a bit hungry. Won't weigh myself again for a few days... here are a few photos of (some of) the equine cast of characters I work with on Sundays.
