I'm glad my weight is starting to go back in the right direction. I was a little bit upset this past week and a half that my numbers were getting higher again, but I got things back in order I believe.

I have been doing exactly what I am supposed to for the diet I am on, and until the past week, I was losing weight on it. Then last Monday I hit my all time low. Since Tuesday of last week I somehow have put 4 lbs back on, even though I have been following my diet. At first, I thought that maybe I had cut my carbs too much so I ate a full carb meal, thinking that it would "reset" my metabolism and I could get right back on track to losing weight. Now I know that wasn't the case at all. I went right back to eating LC but have still being seeing an increase in my weight. I know that there are times that we hit a wall when trying to lose weight, but this is ridiculous!! I guess I will keep plugging on and see what happens this week. I am planning to cut my carbs a little more and see if things start going in the right direction again. I am just so frustrated that this past week hasn't gone my way.

I know there is a slight gain today, but I have been on steroids all week, fighting a sinus infection. I honestly am surprised that the gain is not more significant.

I am finally seeing some big changes. At this rate I will meet my New Year's Resolution of being under 200 well before June!!!!
