Day 19-
So apparently my scale was moved. 1st time I weighed ½ lb more than yesterday, 2nd time I weighed it was ½ lb less. So today since I haven't had any significant loss in the last few days, I’m going to do an apple day.
This was a bad day to choose the apple day. I’m starving…not just hungry. This is the 1st day I’ve had hunger (besides the 1st couple days which are normal). I hope this works. This is the 1st day I've actually contemplated cheating on the diet and even quitting. I always do this to myself though so I have to suck it up, stay busy & stay focused.
Day 20-
2 lb loss I was hoping for more after only eating 3 apples yesterday but it’s a loss and I will gladly take it!!

Day 17-
No loss today. Talk about disappointing…
Today’s been pretty similar to all other days so not much to report. Worked hard at work today and burned over 1000 cals so I wonder if I will lose more weight tomorrow? 436 cals today.
Day 18
½ pound gain!
Ok so I read the whole pound and inches book today and man I could have saved a lot of heartache by reading it through first! It talks all about when you don’t lose or even gain and how it’s deceiving because you’re actually retaining water. When your body is in the process of breaking down the fat sometimes it replaces it with water temporarily (which is heavier than fat!) Also eating salt, and if you over exert yourself (like I did the last few days) you will hold onto water even more. So you will appear to not loose for a day or two (when you really are) you just can’t see it yet on the scale. Then you have a large urine output when your body’s done with the water and your weight loss will show. So wheew! I’m not really gaining. Makes me feel much better!

Day 16-
Yeay! 2.5 lbs loss this morning! Now that’s more like it I did start working more so I’m out and about, moving all day…get more of a work out working, than at the gym. Maybe that’s helping.
I’m still feeling excellent! Better than ever. Still tons of energy, no headaches or anything else. Today I ate similar to yesterday but used ground chicken breast instead of cutting up chicken breast like yesterday. I like it better cut up than ground I think. I also made my own fizzy drink. Just some sparkling water (only a cup) and squeeze ¼ lemon in it. I guess if you like super sweet you can add stevia but I like it plain. It’s as close to a soda as I can get. I have to look online for liquid flavored stevia since my grocery store doesn’t have any. Calories total today is 488.
