The last 20 or so pounds are so difficult. I think the regular weight for me is between 120-130, but I have been having a tough time getting back down there (well I guess I don’t try that hard). However, since my highest weight a few years ago, I always return to around 145 and while I have reached 135 I never get below it.
I think the reason I don’t gain even more weight is because I do eat a lot of healthy food. But when I snack, I go all out (extreme personality…. a lot of my issues with food relate to this) and eat a ton. No control really.
The hardest thing for me right now is the emotional/stress eating. Does anyone have any tips for this? Or have you overcome emotional eating. I try to ride it out, sometimes I succeed, sometimes I fail miserably.

I like this website. I signed up yesterday and while I am still trying to figure it out, I think it will be quite helpful. I see a lot of support and I hope I am able to make some friends here!
I normally calculate calories on my own so I wish there was a way to just write what I ate without having to use the items in the drop down. But I think if I enter recipes I create that may be easier. My lunch and dinner for today will be left over dinner from yesterday, I need to get the calories for that figured out.
Sorry for the ramble!

When I set this up yesterday I guessed my weight at 145. Lately it has been 144.8 and that is what it was this morning.
Still trying to figure out how to work this website. I am not sure what, "how closely followed" means but oh well.

Hello!
I have gone up and down with my weight in the past few years. Most of my life I maintained a weight in the 120s. In 2011 I gained a lot of weight (was 178 pounds) and have lost about 33 of those pounds. I have a difficult time however getting under 135. The weight always creeps backs up to 140-145.
I eat very healthy for regular meals and snack and have been exercising a few days a week, however my issue is unplanned snacking. I am an emotional and stress eater and would like to get that under control. I also want to reach my goal weight of 110 pounds and continue to eat healthy foods and exercise more.
