Well up early and took the boyfriend to work and then I went to Curve's and did 3 rounds on the machines and did the exercises in between. Then I went to my hill which is 4 blocks long and I climbed it twice today, I am so proud of myself and I can't wait to hit my third trip to the top so I can set my next goal.

Well got up and took boyfriend to work and then went to Curve's where we did body basics and I did 3 1/4 rounds on the machines for an extra workout. Went and Climbed my hill and then I went back up 1 block. I hiked .45 miles for a duration of 16.45 min. I also used 622 calories so I feel like I am at least covering my calories with the activities I do even if I can't record it on here.well so much for watching my calories last night, the pizza wasn't a great idea.

Well today it rained and Curve's is closed so my exercise was very little. I grated Zucchini, and vacuumed sealed corn on the cob. The boyfriend and I had to clean them off and I was some squats by sitting and standing up and then I started picking the corn out of the back and working my obliques. We did a little shopping at Walmart. So now the boyfriend is cooking sausage.

Well I am waiting for the coffee to get done. Enjoyed my yogurt. After coffee it is shower and than to Curve's to workout and then to climb my hill and hopefully I can make it the rest of the way up and I can do it a little faster than yesterday.Well I climbed the hill all the way to the top and according to the app on my phone I burned 311 calories and took 8.22 min. so now we will see what this up coming week holds there. I also took 8145 steps for 4.24 miles and burned 733 calories for the day so I think that I have my calories covered pretty good.

Well my changes are in full effect and I took the boyfriend to work then went to Curve's and did three rounds on the machines and I went and climbed my hill this morning and now I have three blocks up and tomorrow I will add another 1/2 blocks.

Well I guess that isn't too bad for the first day at keeping track. I can't track calories for watering the garden or the fact that I took over 8000 steps so I am not too worried about the few extra calories.
