Initially I lost 20 pounds and was at my goal weight.
Then I went and ruined it by eating too much junk food and gained about 10 pounds back over the course of several weeks.
Now I have a big event in 17 days and want to lose some weight.
This is my plan:
1) healthy and nutritious meals
2) cardio EVERYDAY. (Except this Saturday)
3) at least 64 oz water daily
4) try to get good sleep
I’m pretty discouraged 🫤 with myself for gaining some of the weight back.
I’ll check in with you guys daily. I’d appreciate your support. Thanks so much!

Going to bed early tonight. I want to be rested up for a new week.
I’m disappointed with myself but tomorrow is a new day.
My commitment for tomorrow
1) healthy/nutritious meals
2) exercise
3) water

A few months ago…I lost 20 pounds and hit my goal weight. Unfortunately….I’ve gained 9 pounds back.
The good news…I’m still 11 pounds down.
I can drop those extra 9 pounds by early November.
Normally…gaining 9 pounds would depress and discourage me. It would ruin my day.
But I’m not really discouraged. I plan to continue eating healthy/ nutritious meals and exercising. And if I have a food slip…I’m going to keep moving forward.
Today I’m focusing on healthy meals and drinking lots of water.
I’m going to get my nails done as a way to be nice to myself.

Dinner- Pork loin 🐖 , sweet potato 🍠 , steamed squash, sautéed broccoli 🥦, and roasted tomatoes 🍅
