I had two bad ones this week. It'll show on my weigh-in tomorrow. After a very depressing evening last night (I was feeling so down about my lack of self-control & general out-of-shapeness, I cancelled plans to stay home & workout for 90 minutes...dance & step & a yoga video. Totally what I needed! So relaxing. I slept like a baby. John came over & encouraged me & helped get me out of my slump. I have a lot of things on my mind right now that are so much worse than my weight, however it's the only thing I can really control, so I'm very disappointed with my slip ups.

Not a good day overall. (See Saturday comments.)
Went out to dinner for my niece's yellow belt celebration. Loved the tofu dish at Lazy Dog, but I need to get it without peanuts next time & easy sauce. Got pasta salad instead of rice, but I didn't really care for the pasta salad & still ate all of mine plus half of John's. Had a glass of red wine. No, no, no. I can do better out at restaurants! Then I went home & ate full-sugar candy & had a bowl of yellow light cereal. What the heck was I thinking??
