Started off this morn with a Moms event at school where i had to partake in a Krispy Kreme donught with my kids, but it wasnt too bad :) I drank my 64oz of water yest!!!!! which is a first for me in many years. hoping to maintain today :)

Starting today trying to hit the 64oz water goal, no snacking. missed going to the pool this morn because my cycle started :/ been off sodas again for over 1.5 weeks, hoping to maintain these simple steps before i get back into exercising at least 5 times a week again. i never reported it here; but last july 4 2017i started no soda,no snacking, exercise 5+ days a week and eating decently and between then and nov i lost 20lbs. holidays hit, drank sodas again and january i got a tattoo that limited gym and pool time so i fell off the wagon. both kids have bee. in school since sept and i want to try this again. i have an accountability team i can share progress with :) i plan on having a cheat meal on saturdays still so i have something to look forward to :) Here it goes! ♡♡♡
