Yesterday i was sick some icky flu bug thing, today much much better! Yesterday,No work out and not very heathy food choices! But i picked up the slack today. I am remembering why i love P90X you feel good about yourself after no matter what! I have a goal to be able to fit into my "skinny" clothes by the time they get here from michigan. ben got his offer yesterday so that should be about three weeks. My biggest problem is food. i LOVE food and if unhealthy but oh so delicious food is around i have a very hard time resisting the temptation. This web site is helping because like i have said before i feel more accountable. i just need to stay motivated!! And i need a scale!

ah comfort food weekend..boo for diet great for me, ha i have started running and i am starting a pretty major work out schedule next week. cardio and strength every day. i am going to take it slow at first but i'm anxious to loose this weight... here it goes!

Not feeling super today. And Im really sore. So food is comfort food as healthy as i can manage the workout was lighter than usual. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

Okay, yesterday was good. I ate really well until my boyfriend bought Key Lime pie. I have no self control!! I had one piece and savored ever bite! I did a high intensity cardio workout from P90X group of DVD's. It was tough and i am very soar today but I am determined to keep up the work outs!! I got some of my dvd's from MI yesterday so i am going to do a one of those today. With thiw i feel i am being held accountable so hopefully this will keep me from going out of control. HA I had oatmeal instead of a bagel this morning, thats a start i suppose! Blah we will see how the day goes as long as i stay busy i will stay away from the junk ... hopefully! :)

Wow, silly me, I got all signed up for this thing then couldn't remember for the life of me the name of the site. Good thing it emailed me and told me to weigh in. Speaking of weighing in I DONT HAVE A SCALE!! I just moved from Michigan to New Mexico and none of my stuff is here yet. I fell off the wagon as they say when i was getting ready to move! Pretty frustrating because i was doing so well with my running before i left. Now i not only have to deal with being completely out of shape but the altitude as well! I was running about 3 miles a day in michigan now i can barely make it a half mile. I am walking and doing some cardio and strength training DVD's but i just don't seem to have the motivation i need. i am a very competitive person so when i was living with someone else who was working out daily it was much easier to fit a work out in! Anyway Hopefully this will be the week. last week i did something everyday weather it was an hour walking or Xstretch! Hopefully now that i have this and will be held accountable i will stay motivated to prove myself!
