everything is going well, though this week I ate a little more bad foods than I should have, mainly because I had to much out of the house to keep u ahead of the crazy weather we have been having here in Baltimore. UGH. I hate the cold and the ice is just nasty icing on a worse cake. LOL Anyway, I also gained a pound this week which sucks but I know there will be set backs from time to time. MOVING ON! Hopefully, I'll have a green arrow next week.

It's going on three weeks since I have started working. My body is super stiff, my knees hurt, my feet, but. I friggin love my job. I have always loved retail and this is like the icing on the cake. It's fantastic you guys, I enjoy the customers the boss, my co-workers everything. I get my workouts in a little differently too. I work out in the evening and first thing in the morning now, sometimes I only do one because work leaves me so sore and I apparently burn a crap ton of calories there so I guess it's not too much missed.

Hey, everybody! I've been away a while, dealing with something but I am STILL participating int he challenge every day! I have just been way too busy to stop and write out the journal entries after a super long day, also I've started a new job so that has taken even more time. Which is good because it helped me a lot in dealing with the emotional baggage I w as carrying around. I have recovered well thanks to the new employment, YAY1. Is everything going well for you? Yes, No? I hope it is. Did you enjoy your thanksgiving(if you celebrated it either way; I hope your diets and weight loss have is going well.

This past week sucked so even though I still worked out I didn't follow the challenge which is a bit frustrating for me. I was already having trouble staying focused, then this emotional bomb hit so now I'm really struggling to keep things on track. Luckily fruits and veggies were never a problem for me, I love to eat them so that's easy to follow. Sleep was great too so I guess I didn't fail the challenge complete last week.
I'm gonna focus on pushing myself this week. Work out making this thing something that becomes second nature. I want a healthier more active lifestyles so I have to work hard. I knew it would be hard, I have gone through this before, but never have I had this much progress.
I have noticed these darn journal entries are kind of depressing too. I am so sorry if I have bummed you guys out. I have a tendency to just put things down without thinking much about it, I know how much words can affect a person's mood even if they are for them personally.
