Light late lunch. Had a larger breakfast and walked 1.5 miles carrying books. (Switching my littlest to online school, and had to return things from hybrid school.) The walk was a bit harder than it used to be but will work on it before school starts again

Massive egg and kale whole wheat wrap, 410 calories.
I'm trying to get get in some protein and fiber, because I'm having a stressful day. I want to counteract the urge to binge eat before it hits. I have an anxiety disorder. I'm trying to find better coping mechanisms, but as of right now I get a strong urge to eat everything in sight at night.
Contains 1 chia quinoa wrap, 3 eggs, 20g kale, 39g white onions, and 15g feta cheese.

Whole grain tortilla pizza, 233 calories, just under 29g carbs (around 22 net carbs). Super excited for a meal everyonr will est. :)

Gained quite a bit over the past month, but I expected that. Had multiple stressful situations going on that zapped my energy, and made me not want to work. Now no more excuses. On the plus side now walking my kiddo to and from school means getting 3 miles in every other day!
