Awful storms here last night. Windshields broken out of my truck and car. Bad hail damage on the bodies of both. Glass panel broken out of sunroom roof. Probably more roof damage as well. Still have not been out to my farm. Kind of hope it has blown away since it does not seem to want to sell. My luck it is in pristine condition though. I’m fighting depression but I’m also looking forward to my beach trip with my friend. So I’ve been eating correctly but I’m not seeing any weight loss. Oh well. It should get better over time. Stalls and plateaus happen to the best of us and I’m not one of them :)

Back to where I was. Thankfully. Now to try to lose the 2 pounds I should have lost over the last 2 weeks!

I’m sometimes curious about strange things and today is one of those days. How can you gain weight when you have not had anything to eat or drink? It seems to defy the laws of physics. I think Air has no weight so it can’t be from breathing. Your cells can’t create matter, only transform it. Honestly I can’t figure this out. Does anyone know??
