I had to cut dried fruit outta my routine. I LOVE dried dates, prunes, raisins, and apricots. However, now knowing I have a digestive disease that can cause diabetes AND my physical self pains with Sugar... my Love of fruit is now limited to a few days in the week of having Blackberries (5) added to my Plain, non-sweetened Whole milk Yogurt. 🙃

Todays lunch- minced mushrooms, minced garlic, minced cauliflower, diced cherry tomatoes (yellow- (just 4)), 3 oz grass fed ground beef (balanced omegas), cabbage, collard greens, 1/2 cup homemade beef bone marrow broth, Homemade black beans, turmeric, provenance herbs organic, pinch of Celtic sea salt (a must with being Dehydrated), red palm oil... deliciously flavorful and very filling... followed up with 16 oz water and a handful of nutrients (fish oil, CoQ10, DHEA, B12 folic acid.... and so forth)🌺
