I'm back healthy as far as I know and glad to be over the surgery. I'm gaining as expected because of the meds (Tamoxifen and Fatigue) but hopefully I will be able to control the weight and still eat healthy. I posted that I am back and it showed an introduction thought that would be easiest way to let friends know about my absence, but I didn't think it would show up as a banner type message seems way inappropriate wish I could remove it. I will look for a way. Glad to be back though.

Busy with packing for the big move! Away most weekends as a result. Diet taking a backseat for now. Things will settle down by the 6th of January.

Googled Myself to see if what I read was true, that anyone can read my info on fat secret and sure as shooten they can. So I deleted most of my old posts. I will make sure I don't record anything personal in future. What a shock!

I will try to be aware of portions more. 6-8 oz. of meat only. Weigh and measure everything!
12 To 15 grams of Carbohydrates a day must come from veggies.
Don't Overdue Protein too much, will convert to glucose if consume too much.
60 - 70 Grams of Fat Per Day
20 - 25 Grams of Protein Per Day
20 - Grams of Carbohydrate Per Day
If still not losing, try reducing total Carbohydrates allowed in a day
to less or zero and see what happens.
Perhaps need 1000 calories or a bit less to loose weight.
