Too much peanut butter today...full of sugar, but I'm still within my RDI so I guess I'm ok. I'd like to keep the sugar down a bit more most days though

Im kinda disappointed in this site. I'm motivated, I'm posting in groups etc but there doesn't seem to be many people talking...not in the groups I'm in anyway. I joined to try and connect with people....and so far I'm mostly talking to myself

I find if I don't eat breakfast I don't feel like i'm starving all day. I know eating breakfast kick starts your metabolism and that why it makes me hungrier....but then I eat more....Any thoughts?

Day 2 of getting back to this site went better. I didn't feel hungry all day. I'm trying to get really involved in the site this time, last time I only used the phone app. I think using the site and making 'buddies' will make me feel more accountable, so buddy request me up people! Let's get motivated!!

Im restarting using fat secret after 2 months of not using it...im attempting to eat less and better and be more active. I am so hungry!! This is hard and its only day one
