I worked out a lot yesterday and lost 3 pounds from yesterday. I think I'm on a roll for now. I hope my plateau is at around 160 or 150 and not 180! I'm not as tired as I have been and my complexion is actually getting better! My clothes are still fitting the same and I think that's because my thighs haven't shrunk. I can see my tummy thinning out and maybe one chin is receding. I am enjoying the Zumba at the YMCA, but there are a lot of people and I can't always see what the moves are. I think with more practice I won't need to see.
I won the first week of the BL challenge online and it really takes pressure off for next week. Although I'd like to have immunity again later for when I do finally plateau. I entered this contest on a whim, but really do want to win and get thin...

Doing a Biggest Loser challenge and I'm all about learning to and becoming healthy. It's a constant battle with my sweet tooth and love of wine. Last week I was pretty good on my diet. I'll give myself a C although my husband gives me a B+...
