Lunch Today: I chopped half an avocado, sliced a boneless skinless chicken breast, and scrambled it all together in the skillet with 3 egg whites. Topped it with a chopped up hard boiled egg, 3 tbsp plain greek yogurt, and some paprika. Unfortunately I ate it before I could get a picture!

Yesterday was pretty good overall. Got a lot of protein and healthy fats in. For dinner I ate Pecan - crusted chicken breasts, the recipe looked quick and easy plus I have tons of pecans in the pantry and I'm trying to find different ways to eat them. You know *spice things up*. Overall it was super delicious! I had some cooked Broccoli as a side, because I've been craving it lately.
I got both a good dumbell and bodyweight workout in (about 30 minutes) and went for a 4 mile run.
I also tried something new. Out of curiosity I decided to track my steps! I didn't try getting any extra in or anything, just went about my day as usual and checked at the end of the night to see I had over 10k! For me that's a huge freaking deal! I remember I had a stage awhile back where my goal was to walk that much everyday and it was ACTUALLY EXHAUSTING! I think I may just start keeping track of my steps daily.

Post binge episode headaches can be killers. I've had this one since I woke up this morning! But I refuse to give in to another day of treating myself miserably and harming my health!
Although I had some really hard moments, I rode the "urge waves" and fought as hard as I could! I had a good day food-wise, forced myself to not skip ANY meals, and spent nearly half my day outdoors.
Overall, I'm really proud of myself! Am I ready to start using the scale? HECK NO! But I will work myself back up to that!
I'm thinking that I'll reward myself in a not food related manner for this. It might not seem like a big thing, but today was a big win for me!
