115.6 to 114.8 after sleeping 3 more hours!!! 115.6 was around 2 AM. Yeah, my sleeping pattern is crazy, but it works. We are a 24 hour household here, one or more of us(7 people) is always awake, It works for us. I will get sleepy at 10 PM, sleep around 4 hours, then get up and do whatever. I'll get sleepy again in a few hours, and then sleep again for 4-5 hours. I was having problems with not sleeping enough, and this worked for me.

That chin is GONE FOREVER! And... LMAO, so is he! He is pictured here ONLY because he was a big part of the catalyst that started this weight loss journey and it is only fair to give him credit. Thank you for that, Eric.
