I'm watching Adilyn at their house today. Let's hope I don't get tempted by all the evil carbs in the cupboards! I'm planning on bringing some bottled water, a sugar free red bull, and some cubed cheese. That should help. I will be strong! LoL.

I'm so restless. I think it was all the caffeine I had today. I really really want to just start eating and eating. LOL, I will try to resist. Right now I'm gulping water in hopes that it will distract me. So far, I've done well. I had an omelet for breakfast, chicken/salsa/& parm cheese for lunch, and had a grilled chicken salad for dinner. Plus, I've been snacking on carrots and string cheese. I haven't met my water goal for the day, but I did drink a lot of tea, lol.

I love it that I'm down into the 50's. I always set mini goals for myself, and 159 was the last one. Now I'm gonna shoot for 155! Yeah baby, I can do this. LoL.

I realize that I'm loosing weight fairly quickly, but I think it's mosly from going from a pretty much sedentary lifestyle and eating fast food <b>every</b> night and then doing a complete turn around and exercising daily and what not.

We went for a very long walk this morning. My calves are definitely looking more toned, and I went down a pant size! Yay!
I can't wait until the scale says 159, I love it when I get down to the next ten increment.
