So I have set up my Calendar to remind me to weigh in once a week my goal is simple to try and lose 1lb a week and I hope I can do that...I am a little weird-ed out that everyone is getting on me about pushing myself to much when working out. I think I am starting out slow if anyone looks at my exercise record it is not much . I just know if I use oh I am in pain or oh I dont feel good as a excuse I am gonna wind up gaining even more and not losing and feeling worse. I know I am always gonna be in pain I have endometrosis and chrohns and shitty insurance so its up to me to try and make my body healthier to try and help and getting all this weight off is all I can do. I have always been sick and had a week immune system but it was never this bad until I started tipping the scale like I do.

I have set little goals for myself not large ones that will discourage me cause I am way far from reaching them . I do have a end weight goal but for now I just am gonna hit 10lb markers and keep moving them .
