I am really disappointed that I only lost 3 pounds in the last 10 days. I have been writing everything down my fatsecret log and have been under the amount of calories that I am allotted each day. this is very depressing because I would lost at least 6 pounds but Maybe I am not something right. I need to start working out but I am so lost that actually I do not no where to begin! no I did not put this weight on overnight and I can't lose it over night but as anyone that has been overweight Lowe's that putting on the weight is easy. I am just going to try to keep it up and tweak some things that I may be doing wrong.

I lost my way 2 years ago and quit writing my food intake down and I gained every pound back I have too succeed or I am going to die a young man and I I am miserable and cannot do all that a person my age can do. I really noticed how overweight I was when I would go to sit in a regular seat and I could barely fit or not at all!!! I have never felt so low and so ashamed of myself. There are so many starving and going to bed hungry but I have taken food for granted!!!

Still at 384 lbs. I need to get back to writing down in here all the food I eat! I have been using my free weights and hand exerciser! Gosh my arms are out of shape! It takes 48 hours after a workout to use my muscles again. So if I workout on Monday, then I can't do it again until Wed. and so on.

Well I had my first big screw up on my diet, I slowly stopped writing my foods down that I was eating! Even though I was still drinking water and was still buying the healthier foods I was eating to much of it!!! I am just glad that I have come around before I gained the 40 lbs back that I had lost so far! I really fell in love with those snack bars that are just to give you a bit of something sweat to eat but you don't eat 3 or 4 bars in a couple of hours! I did buy me a WEIGHT SET and I have been using free weights and resistance bands to get my upper body built back up like I use to be. I am using my weight to work out my legs with squats and walking. I just had to have something to build up my upper body strength! I'm back and ready to get back on the diet wagon!!!

O Yes, finally lost a sum total of 40 lbs and I can't be more happy with my results! The next goal is to lose 10 lbs more, to make the total of 50 lbs lost. Still have 120 lbs to lose for me to be in my happy zone! That's a good ways off, but very doable! One step at a time!
