30/03/2018. Very poor food control this week. Felt like I could eat a horse all week ... and, practically did. Also craved sugar ... not a me thing at all. I am disappointed but there is no point in crying over spilt milk. I am determined to lose this weight so I shall just clean up the spill and keep on.

Yesterday I added a few exercises to my regimen. The yoga swing is going to take some getting used to but I think the struggle may have used up a few calories. I'm doing well with the suspension straps and can feel the upper arms firming up. Standing push ups coming along nicely. Dumbbell reps ... only using the 1 kg dumbbells ... going well, when I remember them. I decided on 2 floor yoga exercises because of my TKRs ... well that is a story. Shoulder Stand and Boat ... lets just say that I did a lot of rocking for the shoulder stand and had no chance of getting my legs in the air so I'll just keep on rockin. As for the boat, managed to get into the position and held it for 10 seconds ... that's it folks. "Hang on Snoopy, Snoopy Hang On".

15/03/2018. I started out at the end of January with Lite n Easy. At that time I weighed 95 kg. So I lost 5 kg but the cost factor saw me looking elsewhere. Weight Watchers won out and I started their program last Thursday. Counting smart points is a little trying so I have decided to do a bit of my own and a bit of theirs! Fat Secret seems a good place for encouragement and resources so I am determined to stick with it. My aim is to get down to between 60 and 67 kg ... we will see. I definitely need to incorporate more exercise in my regimen so I plan to take my dogs for an early morning walk at least 3 times a week plus do some yoga and core exercises ... again, we will see. Yoga has always been my thing but total knee replacements L & R has impacted badly on that but I have found work arounds, hmm, we will see!
