Today was a good day! I made myself go walking today 2.42 miles which was around my neighborhood and to the grocery store. My eating was under control, I had a few close moments but I perservered thru, so far no sweets I did have a soda today, but I am not torn up about it. It was basically what I had in front of me and no other choice or I would have choosen something else. I should get more days in like this one. Thank you Jesus for giving me the stregnth and will power today.

I walked 2.5 miles on saturday 6/9/2012, trying to get my eating back in line so I can see some positive results on the scale. I am trying to kick the bad habit of sweets and soda's. I know I will get past this but it is gonna take time, a moment by moment process. My challange this week is no sweets till Saturday drink more water and continue to walk 2 miles each day and if not 2 miles make the effort and do 1 mile. I am not at one day at a time but one moment at a time.
