Struggling still but I have faith I can do it. I just have to learn to eat. Sounds funny I know. I rarely eat that is my problem. I cannot burn food and build up my metabolism if I am not eating. Focus...and pray.

I gained instead of losing. I am not happy about that. I know I need to drink more water and actually eat. I abrely eat. That is my problem.

It a struggle watching what I eat when I am the only one with a weight problem, especially being on a budget. I still have a problem eating. I do not eat like I should. I may eat a couple times a day and I know that is a problem I am going to have to change. Sometimes I am so busy I really do no think about eating at all. I am willing and I am wanting to change. I really do I just feel sometimes like I am a failure. I try and get off to a good start and then stop. UGH so frustrating. I want to lose the weight I promise. I really do. I feel like no one understands how I feel sometimes. My husband to me I think doesn't understand how hard it is for me sometimes. I know with all my heart he supports me and wants me healthy, its just easy for him he's small. He doesn't struggle. My self esteem is low and I need to work on that.
