ok, it has been a very long time since i have been here- my focus on atkins and my weight has been on and off. Personal injuries and personal crisis has been the main focus.
I recently started to go to a gym- i go twice a week, and do 35 mins of cardio and 20 mins of weights. I find that going in the morning is the best time- i find if i leave the workout until after work i won't do it. Working out at 5:30 am is not enjoyable, but i hope to get into a habit so won't be such and struggle.
I think that in another month i will i will start to go 3 times a week- i know that in sept i will be doing ft school and ft work and that will go on for a couple of months- i'm not sure how i will fit in workouts in to my schedule... i'll figure that out when i get there.
I am surprised that i have only gained 9 lbs since i have been here last (254 days to be exact)- my bf is 41 :)

god i had a rough weekend and fell off the wagon.
tomorrow is a new day and i will start the induction level all over again.

hmmm, i've stayed on induction for 3 weeks.... i lost a bit of weight at the beginning but now i have stalled for almost a week now- i can't figure out what it is...that is causing the stall i'm religious about following the rules and accebtable food list. And I have a physical job- which helps me burn calories/ carbs.
Can you stall on induction?
Tomorrow, i will exercise by doing some biking. Maybe that will kick start my metabolism, to get the pounds rolling off.
