135 lb. achieved, but I think my body does better at 140. I have loose skin from my weight loss, and I'm sure that accounts for some of my weight; so to weigh 135 meant I was probably more at 125. I'm not disturbed by the weight gain. I am running on my treadmill every other day and plan on running a 5K in a couple of weeks. I eat anywhere from 1000 calories to 1400 daily, usually around 1200. I truly feel this is the person I was always supposed to be, that my fat body was a prison in which I was trapped. I enjoy cooking, not only because I can stand on my feet for a long time but because I can make anything without having to decide what I want myself. I can dance without getting out of breath or tired. I relate better to people because I am not always hiding. I actually look forward to bathing-suit weather now, especially since I live half an hour from the beach. WLS is the best thing I ever did for myself. I'm sure it saved my life.
