I have been horribly off track with so much going on. The funeral, the ex coming back with demands, the children and grandchildren, the court case, and working the extra shifts because my coworkers have COVID seems overwhelming but I am trying to manage as best I can. Unfortunately, chocolate and oreos have been my go to when things get me down and that is throwing my progress off in addition to the fact that I have not been food journaling or watching my macros. I have been basically eating what I want in the quantities I want with the exception of breads, rice, and pastas. I am going to keep pushing. Even slow progress is progress....Oh I forgot to mention I am also dealing with plantar fasciaitis and heel spurs so my walking for weight loss has and will continue to be limited. That won't stop me though. I will take the small victories until I can see the bigger ones. One day at a time and yesterday is done.
