I stepped on the scales and was proud of my 2.6 pound loss this week, I missed a one day on the treadmill and 2 on total gym and I still lost some weight. I have stuck to the diet this week also and I see it is paying off. I need to get out my cookbook and make something different this weekend since I am already geting bored with my meals and am longing for something delicious. I'll let you know the results LATER.

What???? only 2 pounds... got to get on that treadmill. Actually I know that 2 pounds is good since you should be losing slow but ... i want this fat off me and I want it off now...LOL

I finished Phase one of South Beach diet. I was able to stick to the diet moderately weel THe only thing I probably cheated at was sugerfree gum..and peanut butter. Sometimes that tablespoon of peanut butter would just take the edge off of the craving. I plan to add just a few things for now in Phase 2. 1 is fruit. I really miss it. I make a strawberry sorbet with frozen strawberries and splenda and I really miss it. It is almost like ice cream. Also, to have a few strawberries or raspberries in your jello makes all the difference in the world. The other thing I might add is yogurt but that will be in moderation.
I joined 2 challenges today that start Monday. One is to move 30 minutes a day and the other is to keep a food log. The food log may be a challange for me.
I have some great recipes that I plan to post for all my fellow SB dieters.
