Those of you that commented on my latest journal entry of being 3lbs down and officially in onderland; just want yall to know I didn’t delete it, guessing the app is having problems, also there has been a couple of people drop off my followers and who I follow for a reason unknown to me.

Good morning FS community, hope all is well, with each of you. I would like to publicly apologize for the confusion my post from the other day about the trolls and body shaming here. My rant wasn’t in direct relation to me cause it wasn’t happening to me, I was referring to other people being trolled and body shaming here on their accounts. I was just standing up for them as I would anyone who was being bullied or called names, it’s just who I am. Most of my childhood I was called names, and put down because I was larger than kids my age; I was called four eyes cause I wore glasses; some of my teachers called me stupid and dumb cause I couldn’t hear; cause of ear problems; I was called porky pig and fat; cause of my weight and large frame. So I know what it’s like to be body shamed and bullied and ridiculed. I hated it then and I despise it now; we all came here to this community to have support with our weight loss journey; not to be ridiculed for what and how we eat. SO AGAIN I AM SORRY IF I OFFENDED ANYONE EARLIER THIS WEEK.

Okay folks; firstly I’m not leaving here. Secondly tonight I’m have a 1/2 cup of mashed potatoes, 3/4 cup of zucchini; and chicken fried steak.
