Im not counting my food today I'm not exercising I just cant think straight right now, My husband is in hospital in Iraq and his company is going to fly him to Erbil because their hospital is more advanced, he's having issues with his heart and right now all I can do is stare at my phone and wait for his messages

Monthly measurement
14 March - 14 April - 14 May
Boobs 105cm - 103cm - 104cm
Waist 108cm - 106cm. - 102cm
Bum. 111cm - 109cm. - 107cm
Total lost in 1 month 5cm
At least it was just the boobs that decided to gain, waist lost double compared to last month so sweating on my rower seems to be helping a lot :D

A lil update about how my mind is working and the self discoveries I've made so far.
I have increased my knowledge on nutrition and what I feel my body needs, when I was younger that was none existent in my household, my mothers solution to weight lose was 10 day water fasts or the cabbage soup diet and that was the only way to lose weight ( now she is determined to get anyone who will listen onto the carnivore diet), the food we ate was unhealthy white bread with every meal. Diet information that I could get my hands on was from the public library (yes I grew up without the internet and Yes I miss going to the library) and it would always be what at my mind classed as exotic foods like salmon, there was never anything in my mother grocery cupboard that matched what in those books said to eat we were a family of seven so cheap groceries filled the cupboard and I understand my parents did the best they could.
I now know how to count my calories and I understand for my mind to stick to my "diet" I need to keep my food interesting if I get bored I'm going to take a swan dive off the wagon never mind falling off.
So here I am keep my plates interesting and rowing on my rower everyday feeling stronger after each time.

2 weeks with my rower and maintaining around 1500kcal feeling pretty good.

I've had my rower for 11 days nows slowly but surely I'm building up my endurance time
Currently doing 2 x 10 to 15min sessions daily but this afternoon my legs are saying please woman NO! yesterday I aimed for total 28mins on the rower with 10k steps and today the body really wants some rest.
