Been good lately definitely been crazy with scale since I’ve been working outside and at work.I just tell myself muscle weighs more than fat.So when losing weight remember that if your not still maintain muscle mass you can lose it.Meaning ya scale moves down but super power strength goes too.

A lot has happened in May two deaths in the family.I’m starting my third month working two jobs.One of which is my own business.Did find a away to maintain weight for more than a few days.Which was a struggle since I know have to eat breakfast😑.Not a wake up and eat kinda person.I’ve found my new go to for quick filling snack.No sugar added peanut butter and mashed up raspberries mix very well and it pretty good.I was thinking I’m going to puke when I try it but sweet raspberry blends well with the peanut butter.I do one big scoop of peanut butter and handful of raspberries.Trick to happiness believe in yourself cause all of us do here.Like I say your not alone you got a tribe with you on this journey.
