Reflecting on what members have said about not lifting weights. I am going to continue with my gym routine but vary it a bit. Lighter weights and more reps. I have also decided to change my weight goal to 125. I understand muscle weights more than fat so I should be able to manage that more easly. Great advice from people. I am really thankful.

I'm so excited! This is my first try at dieting. I am looking at it more as a new healthy was of living. I have been snacking too much at night lately. And I want to start some new and better habits.
I have been working out 5 days a week since Feburary but I have gained weight! I think I am getting too much muscle. During the detox phase I am not going to lift any weights and hope that will help. Most of my jeans are too tight now.
On to more happy thoughts hi to everyone. I glad to find such a cool site to help me along.
