So the last few days I fell into old habits not eating or sleeping much when I'm super stressed but today's a new day started eating again which is a big struggle but I'm getting there slowly. So the goal for today is eat dinner walk the dogs for an hour and take my sleeping pills get a decent sleep and hope everything looks better tomorrow.

Well love the encouragement from a family member today I was told I don't need to loose some weight and that I should be happy just the way I am. Now this family member has never been obese and never struggled with a healthy weight range nor have they ever had major health problems to stop them from loosing weight.
I am obese yes I own that but I'm going to do something about it because no I'm not very happy with the way I am and no I don't care about my family member's jealousy because for me to be a healthy weight I will be weighing less than they will and that's half her problem.
And just have to point out that 77.1 kg at 24 years old is the lightest I've been in over 4 years I used to sit between 86-89 kg and for a 5.2 foot woman at 20 years of age that's far to big.
Rant over lol

So I've come to the conclusion it's not how much you eat its what you eat! As I usually sit well below my RDI so I'm not going to freak out if I can't make myself eat 1800 cals a day as long as its healthy well balanced who really cares. I'm literally eating all day lol and find it very hard to get to my RDI oh well who cares this is the best I've felt in a long time.

Yay so I spoke to my dietician and I basically starved myself fat for 8 years by eating one meal a day. So to fix that I have to eat every 3 hours at my ideal weight with my exercise worked intoy calorie intake. Eughh I have always hated eating so I have to eat a balanced diet of around 1,800-1,900 cals a day!! Eating every 3 hours and no more exercise than my hour walk every night with the dogs!!
Note to self: long term 500-600 calories if I was lucky a day is BAD!!
