Went to california on friday to drop my kids off for spring break. So, I totally cheated for two days... pasta's, ceaser salad, diet soda's, candies... etc. Oh my it was so good. :) I did however have that guilt felling afterward. lol. I did promise myself I'd start back over today. I'm thinking that I will do the induction phase for one week and then head right into phase two, seeing how I should have went into phase two. Well, It's time to get back on track. Here goes round two. :)

Trying hard to make sure I get thos 12 to 15 carbs from veggies but sometimes I don't. Gonna make it a even bigger point to to get thos veggies higher. Thanks for everyones support, It's sure nice to have other people doing the same thing.
Oops, Made my MIM the last couple of times and I just noticed that I've been forgetting the splenda. LOL

Finally going to rest. Today has been such a busy day... I think I'm gonna try and chill out tomorrow... but then again... There could be a good walk in my future tomorrow morning. :)

Feel so tired today. Yesterday's power walk wore me out. My muscles are so sore.

Got up pretty early today for a parent teacher conference, grabbed my coffee and ate only half of my MIM and ran out the door. Then took a 40 minute power walk. Feel the burn baby! :) Then started house work, ugh... I'm pooped. Now... rest for a few and head out to worship team practice.
